\nTop 10 Tuesday is a weekly book meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish<\/a>. This week is a movie freebie and for this I chose to make a list of the Top 10 Movies I Watched In 2016.<\/p>\n

I watched more movies and tv shows this year than I have ever watched. Therefore, this list was quite difficult to make but I managed to narrow it down. These are in the order of which I watched first.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\n

1. The Breakfast Club (1985)<\/span><\/h2>\n

\"The<\/p>\n

I absolutely loved this movie! I also watched F.R.I.E.N.D.S this year so I was already in the 80’s mood. This movie is something I know I’m gonna watch every chance I get. “Don’t You Forget About Me” is still stuck in my head \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n

2. Room\u00a0(2015<\/a>)<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

\"Room<\/p>\n

I loved Room by Emma Donoghue and this movie was quite the buzz when it came out. I didn’t have much expectations from it as my experience with book-to-movie adaptations hadn’t been great when I watched this. So it came as a surprise when I ended up really enjoying it \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Blue Is the Warmest Color (2013)<\/span><\/h2>\n

\"Blue<\/p>\n

This is truly one of the most beautiful movies I have ever seen. The acting was brilliantly done and did complete justice to the story. I liked it as much as I liked the graphic novel.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009)<\/span><\/h2>\n

\"Hannah<\/p>\n

I might be the only Hannah Montana fan who watched this movie so late. I didn’t have much expectations from it due to the low rating but somehow I really enjoyed it and ended up watching it thrice since then.<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0Almost Famous (2000)<\/span><\/h2>\n

\"Almost<\/p>\n

This movie left me speechless. I absolutely loved the story. Everything about this movie was just so refreshing and different. It really blew me away.<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0It’s a Wonderful Life\u00a0(1946<\/a>)<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

\"It's<\/p>\n

This movie was sooo good! It gave such an amazing message and left me in tears. I think this might be the perfect time of the year to re-watch this.<\/p>\n

7.\u00a0<\/span>Easy A\u00a0(2010<\/a>)<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

\"Easy<\/p>\n

This movie is in no way just a regular teen movie. It was bold and different and I really enjoyed\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

8.\u00a0<\/span>The Kite Runner\u00a0(2007<\/a>)<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

\"The<\/p>\n

The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini is one of the best books I’ve ever read. I wanted to watch the movie ever since I read it. It did not disappoint me\u00a0and I loved seeing the story play out on the screen.<\/p>\n

9.\u00a0The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (2005)<\/span><\/h2>\n

\"The<\/p>\n

I loved this book series by Ann Brashares. I read it a long time ago but\u00a0the story and the characters stayed with me. Again, I didn’t expect a lot from the movie but it was much better than i thought it would be.<\/p>\n

10.\u00a0How I Live Now (2013)<\/span><\/h2>\n

\"How<\/p>\n

I just watched this movie a few days ago. I read the book by Meg Rosoff a few years back and it was one of the first YA books I read. The story is very memorable and I wanted to experience it again. I liked the movie and I hope to re-read this book soon.<\/p>\n
