In the beginning of 2016, I made a post called\u00a0My Reading More Diversely Jar\/ My Ultimate TBR Jar<\/a>. Basically, I made a list of all the books that I wanted to read and a lot of reading tasks that i wanted to do to make myself try new authors and genres. I cut them into little slips and put them into a jar.<\/p>\n

Throughout the year, I took out a slip every few weeks and read that book or completed that task and pasted the slips in my journal after completing them.<\/p>\n

    Overall, I am quite satisfied by the books I managed to read. My aim was to try new things in reading\u00a0but at the same time, I didn’t want to put any pressure on myself. This was successfully accomplished in 2016 and I’m glad about it. Also, I wont be using much of this jar in 2017 since my only goal this year is to read the books that I own.<\/p>\n
