April was an okayish month for me in terms of reading. The first two weeks I wasn’t reading much and my school started after that so it got quite busy. The good thing is that I managed to read 6 books and that, good collection too. Two books had been on my TBR list for a long time, two were review books and the remaining two were audiobooks, one of which was a classic. I’m not going to tell all of my thoughts on these books as I plan\u00a0to do reviews of most of them. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

I finally read this book which is a childhood favorite of a lot of people. I have to say that I was a bit disappointed. I enjoyed reading this book and I thought it was funny at times but I didn’t love it and it’s not going to be a favorite.<\/p>\n

2. Deceived by Heena Rathore P.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

The only thing I’m going to say is that this book chilled me to my bones and it did not go the way I thought it would. More of my thoughts in my full review.<\/p>\n

I’m not really sure about my thoughts on this book. The thing is I read it at a time when I wasn’t really into the story and that spoiled the fun for me. I’ll try to organize my thoughts better in my review.<\/p>\n

After reading this book, I’m definitely going to read more steampunk books. This book was very different from what I’ve been reading lately and I thoroughly enjoyed it.<\/p>\n

5. Every Last Word by Tamara Ireland Stone<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

I loved this book and I honestly didn’t think I would. There is quite a bit of friendship drama in the book and I was about to DNF it because I wasn’t in the mood for that. I’m so glad I continued with this book and I couldn’t stop once I got into it. This book is enlightening, emotional, inspiring and a really great read. I highly recommend it especially if you love contemporary or want to read a book with a protagonist who has OCD.<\/p>\n

6. Poetry Magic, edited by Keki N. Daruwalla<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

This book was included in my eighth-grade curriculum. I’m really glad I kept this book and decided to read all of it. The collection of poems is really good and has a wide range of authors.<\/p>\n
