My Thoughts
Before reading this book, all I knew was that some people can tell our personalities by looking at our handwriting. I had never given graphology any thought before.
The book starts with an introduction to graphology. It tells us what graphology can and cannot tell us as well as what we should use it for. Grapho-therapy is also mentioned in the book.
Graphology is the analysis of the physical characteristics and patterns of handwriting purporting to be able to identify the writer, indicating psychological state at the time of writing or evaluating personality characteristics.
I found the narration to be too much like an essay or a document. Since this is a non-fiction book, I feel like an informal narrative would work better.
One important message that the author conveys is that lying is not exactly cheating. This book is meant to be purely informative. He also shares how he implemented the information from this book on his life. The short chapters made it easy to remember the information.
The book is very short and can be read in one sitting. You can use this book to not only find out if your partner is a liar but any person you know.
I love learning about human behavior and so I highly enjoyed reading this book. It introduced me to something new and now I know a few ways to spot a liar.
I highly recommend this book. One can try any of the author’s other books as well to learn about handwriting analysis.
