What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
21 Days to Happiness: Increase your Happiness, Energy and Productivity. I created a practical guide with tips that take about 10 minutes a day. I want to help everybody to be happier and more successful. I present different tips for relationships, managing your time, getting healthier and feeling great!
What are you working on now?
I am a speaker and trainer and love sharing my tips with people and inspiring them. I also want to develop a series of short video trainings for more happiness.
What’s next for you as a writer?
I will make a workbook to accompany my book. I also want to create a series of short videos on happiness.
What is your favorite book of all time?
Two of my favorites are Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins and The Way We’re Working Isn’t Working by Tony Schwartz. On a much lighter note, I loved the whole Shopaholic series!
