Hello everyone! This is the first time i am doing a month reading wrap-up and I’m hoping to do a lot of these this year. January was a pretty good reading month for me. I finished 6 books. All of these were sent to me for review by their author. I have been lately focusing solely on review books as I want to be done with them.
So here’s my list:
1. The Resurrection of Evil by Neelabh Pratap Singh
This is a great mythological thriller set in India. I really loved the writing and how the book is paced. I gave it 4.5 stars. You can read my full review of this book here.
2. The Girl from Rostov by Shitij Sharma
This book is a crime thriller set in Russia and India. This book is fast paced has a very interesting plot. It is something different and I definitely think more people should try it. I gave it 4 stars. You can read my full review of this book here.
3. Girlgoyle by Better Hero Army
This is a YA paranormal book. It is the first book in the Hollow Mountain Butterfly series and has a very original concept. I gave this book 4 starts. I will be posting a review of it soon.
4. Take the Body and Run by Jada Ryker
This was a fun read! It is the first book in the Macey Malloy Mysteries with a Chick-Lit Twist. I gave it 3.4 stars and I will be posting a full review of it soon.
5. Angel in the Shadows by Amy Deason
This is a dark romance novel. I absolutely loved the writing style. However, there were certain things in the plot I didn’t like. I gave it 3 stars and will be posting a review of it soon .
6. The Reflections of Queen Snow White by David Meredith
I have never read a book like this book before. I really liked the plot and I definitely recommend it. I gave this book 4.5 stars and will be posting a review of it soon.
