I’ve always wanted to do this post and today, I finally sat down and made it. I have currently only one TBR pile that consists of all the books in my possession. I don’t have any other list such as top books i want to read this year, top series to finish, etc. The reason is simple- I want to get through all the books that I own first. I’m hoping to get through a lot of these this year. I know it will be hard since many of these are classics but I’m gonna try my best. Also, some of these I have already read a while back but I want to read them again. I will be including these at the end of the list. There are 24 books in total.
Books I Haven’t Read
1. Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare
2. The Hidden Oracle by Rick Riordan
3. Poetry Magic, edited by Keki N. Daruwalla
4. Nine Plays for the School Stage
5. Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen
6. Dracula by Bram Stroker
7. Rose Madder by Stephen King
8. Dreamcatcher by Stephen King
9. The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins
10. The Bronze Horseman by Paulina Simmons
11. Animal Farm by George Orwell
12. The Ramayana by R.K Narayan
13. A Midsummer Night’s Dream by William Shakespeare
14. The Merchant of Venice by William Shakespeare
15. Julius Caesar by William Shakespeare
16. A Comedy of Errors by William Shakespeare
17. Two Gentlemen of Verona by William Shakespeare
18. Sherlock Holmes: The Complete Collection – Volume 1 by Arthur Conan Doyle
19. Sherlock Holmes: The Complete Collection – Volume 2 by Arthur Conan Doyle
Books I Want To Re-Read
20. Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
21. Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte
22. The Diary of a Young Girl By Anne Frank
23. Three Men in a Boat by Jerome K Jerome
24. Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell
Which of these should I read first? What are the books on your TBR list? Let me know down below.
Personally I would start with three men in a boat, a little light reading before getting into the hard but assuredly enjoyable task ahead
Thank you! I’ll get to it soon 🙂
Dracula is really rear but can be a bit dense at times.
Great** read, thanks autocorrect. 😐 These are great books, a lot of classics!!
I know! Its an exciting list 😀
Well, It seems really interesting and I’m pretty excited to read it. Let’s hope I like it:)
I think that you should read Sherlock Holmes. I’ve always been obsessed but read the Sherlock Holmes collections. They’re on my tbr list as well. 🤓-Rebeca
I’m gonna get to them as soon as i can 😀
Yay! 😁
Trials of Apollo- it’s been a bit since Rick Riordan wrote a greek mythology book and they are by far his best series, especially since he used to teach greek mythology. He introduces a lot of new stuff and it’s really interesting.
I’m excited to read it. If it weren’t for Rick Riordan’s books, I never would’ve been interested in Greek mythology
True, dat.
