March and April 2021 Reads
Hi everyone! How are you all doing?
March and April were very long months for me, especially March. A lot happened in my personal life. My last semester of college is over and I have my final exams in May. I didn’t read that much in the last two months and among the books that I did read, many were for college. The highlights were the lighthearted romance books I read from this list that got me through these tough months.
Her Private Life – First K-Drama review
Hi everyone! So, I’m quite new to the world of Korean dramas, Her Private Life being only the third one that I’ve watched. But I can honestly say that I’m firmly invested in this wonderful world now, thanks to my friend Hargun (who has some amazing posts on k-dramas on her newly launched blog – do check it out!) who loves all things Korean.
Life is harder, but we must work harder – #NaPoWriMo 7
Life is hard,
But we must work harder.
I don’t care if they don’t remember my name – NaPoWriMo 6
You’ll see my face
Probably not on a billboard
But at the back of a paperback
Held in the hands of
Paupars and peers.
Sleep for eight hours, still wake up befuddled – #NaPoWriMo 4
Overwhelmed and restless on a Sunday
Sunny bright and airy
Quarantine and deadlines
Oh, how I want to pack up and go away!
At 3 o’clock late – #NaPoWriMo 3
It started years ago.
You talked my ear off.
But you listened just the same.
They’re right when they say,
You should take things slow.
Celebrations – #NaPoWriMo 2
It’s amazing how we celebrate.
Foreign cuisine, local outlet, same old people.
It’s wonderful how we laugh.
Another win, sweat to cash, top of the mountain nearer.
I start the month of poetry – #NaPoWriMo 1
I start the month of poetry
The month of writing moments in time
With a heart hall full
And strength half empty.
